Bellcomb has the capacity to manufacture more than 4,000,000 square meters of panels per year. This allows us to quickly respond and easily accommodate both small and large volume orders. Our in house design engineers along with our highly customized equipment gives us significant advantages in maximizing efficiency, shortening lead times and controlling quality.

At Bellcomb we are uniquely poised to provide custom solutions to meet our clients' needs. Our ability to optimize adhesive selection based on design requirements, raw materials and cost is second to none. Our r own in house laboratory is dedicated to developing and testing various adhesives. This, combined with our multiple lamination lines, allows us to fabricate a wide range of products and provide multiple solutions to our clients for their sandwich panel and panel system needs.

MACHINING

Our modern CNC machining centers and programming expertise allow us to tackle the most complicated designs and maintain extremely tight tolerances. With multi-axis capability we are able to produce complex shapes, drill & tap holes, and generate special profiles. Bellcomb proudly operates a variety of custom finishing equipment allowing us to complete the panel or panel system our clients require.

ASSEMBLY AND SPECIAL FEATURES

It's as simple or complex as design dictates. We commonly assemble hardware, finish panels, add inserts and attach edge closeouts. In some cases we will provide a simple rectangle panel and in other cases we provide fully assembled finished products. We will work with you to determine the best level of assembly to meet your needs.
